Meet Our Pastor

Andrew Columbia is a Pastor, Chaplain, Author, and Speaker who carries a life-changing testimony of God's transforming love and power.

As a former NYC Police Officer of 10 years, Pastor Andrew's heart is to share his story with law enforcement officers, and those far from God. After graduating from the New York City Police Academy, he was assigned to the Ninth Precinct on the lower side of Manhattan during the 1980s and 1990s.  He was a part of the Ground Zero clergy task force during and after 9/11.  Pastor Andrew now serves as the lead pastor of Mount Carmel Bible Church in Carmel, NY, where he lives with his wife Angela. 

Pastor Andrew is also a chaplain with the Putnam County Sheriff’s Department, the Kent Police Department, the Putnam County SPCA, and the Blue Knights International Law Enforcement Motorcycle Club – NY Chapter 21. 

In addition, Pastor Andrew works as a peer support specialist with Guardian Revival, leading two peer support groups, along with direct peer support for first responders and veterans.
